At OUDAIN FRAGRANCE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tested.
Returns may only be considered if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product arrives in a condition that makes it unusable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will review your request and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for fragrance preferences or personal scent expectations.
Because fragrance perception varies from person to person, purchases cannot be exchanged simply because a customer dislikes a particular scent.
Refunds
If a refund request is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
